Blood Donation

everyone who stay in miri.... pls take note the coming 23 January 2010 (Saturday) at Miri Boulevard Shopping Complex 3rd floor have blood donation. For those who r interested pls contact me or leave ur msg to me, i will reply u as soon as possible. the time is start from 10am to 2pm. One pack of ur blood can help others.the requirement: age between 18 to 60 (for age 17 need write consent from parents/ legal guardian is compulsory), weight minimum 45kg (100LB), Must have minimum 5 hours of sleep, has taken a light meal before donation, at least 3 month after last donation, Does not belong or expose to high risk group: sexual relationship with HIV infected and Hepatitis positive person, multiple sex partner, prostitute, homosexuals, bisexuals, and intravenous drug users. NOTE: Those who had lived in Europe for more than 6 months from 1980 till now are not allowed to donate blood
